The 11 seals jutsu is a secret jutsu. Only a select few actually know the jutsu, and we are not allowed to share it. Sorry.

Not sure why you'd want it, that jutsu loses it's luster after the first few minutes of using it.

Even when you do figure it out just don't go telling people about it, cause that's cheating you of the time you spent on learning it.
