Purpose/Goals: they shinobi have their own goals and keep to themselves about it. maybe it's revenge it may be peace or the pursuit of knowledge or power this group was brought together to complete their own goals not each others but each helps the other if they need it which in this group is very unlikely

Unique features: a tattoo on their body somewhere

Rankings: the leader is the only rank in this group he sets tasks and jobs on a bulletin board for the others too take at their leisure he is the only one who can command anyone in the group and the other don't get that pleasure with the others as stated before they do as they please except in the presence of the leader Malice

Rules: don't get in the way of anyone else's goal

This organization looks pretty interesting. I'm disappointed to be unable to join it. I clearly wrote in my char profile that he doesn't have any precize goal. ^^

So, what is the purpose of this organization? To unite more organizations under one banner in a chaotic structure? In this case, you must choose an affiliation, you can't accept a rogue org. and a rogue-hunter org. at the same time. Besides this, I can't see the use of this... organization, or how you want to call it, if two organization seek help they will likely form an alliance between them.
