I believe that there should be a person or a group of people that pm or introduces the latest player (mid left) to the game.
I think this is essential to the game so that everyone can at least know that the game is formal and welcoming.

That's actually perfect. Some people prefer a cutscene or tutorial or something like that. I know the developers aren't really fond of NPC's but shouldn't they add a bit of em'? (BTW VREG IF YOU READ THIS DON"T KILL ME I WAS PROPOSING ONLY I SWEAR PLS VREG PLS)

and to get a really good role play you dont want any npc glitching and end up not doing what its supposed to

That is true. Yeah... I can't really respond to that but let Vreg do what he will. But I don't think someone (a real life player) would just stand somewhere waiting for people to come to him so he could talk to them while he copies and pastes stuff right?
