Mercenary Group

Hi, i was just wondering if it would be possible if i could create a Mercenary group like the Nokizaru group or the Kusabi and also i was wondering if i would need to be a rogue ninja to run the mercenary organization and we would be nothing like the Akatsuki but also if i were to lead a Mercenary organization then of course i would go threw the academy as a student like anyone else i just thought of the idea and thought it would be great

But I recommend you to learn how to play the game very well before going rogue. In games the decision to be a "criminal" is usually after you can support yourself out there. In most of games it is almost impossible to level up and "do stuff" if you're already in that position since the beginning...

This is true of MOST mmorpgs... And if your a organization leader then this is a good idea. however if someone is Jonine level then they can teach others the skills they need even if they are not part of a village. The downside to leaving early is not being able to achieve the Jonin title because you cant take the tests. The up side is people underestimate you because your a genie with jonin abilities.(kabuto)
